About the Covid Recovery Start Up Payment Scheme
The Scheme, launched by Mid Ulster District Council, is part of its wider campaign to support Covid recovery across District. The £250 is designed to assist budding entrepreneurs with the marketing of products, capital costs, rent, set-up costs, or cost of renovating premises.

What happens next
- Your Business Advisor will support you to complete your Business Plan
- When your Business Plan is finalised, your Advisor will provide you with a short application form, scheme guidance and eligibility criteria
- If successful, you will be issued with a Letter of Offer and the payment will be made directly to you
- 6 months from receiving your payment, you will be required to provide evidence that you have started a business
The scheme will close at 12 noon on 31 March 2021. Late applications will not be accepted or assessed.
